Bord na Móna and SSE Renewables are proposing to develop a wind farm on Derryfadda, Boughill and Gowla Bogs located in County Galway, along the border with County Roscommon.
The proposed development will be known as Derryfadda Wind Farm.

The proposed development will be located on Derryfadda, Boughill and Gowla Bogs located in County Galway, along the border with County Roscommon. The site is adjacent to the communities of Ahascragh, Ballyforan and Ballygar.
